Consideration 11 – Evening Assessment
The Journal today may include areas where your Attention has brought Interface to a state of learning new things. In this learning, fast systems tip toward progress. Attention brings progress. For actions observed where Interface engaged in learning, label that activity Boosting. Now there are three tags, Grounding, Contributing and Boosting.
An example of a day could be:
“Lane is caring for animals.
Began the day with a revitalizing jog. Joined friends, George and Claire, for a lively farmers’ market stroll, discovering local treasures (Contributing). Spent the afternoon volunteering at an animal shelter run by my friend Gregor, connecting with furry companions. I learned more about how the shelter works (Boosting). Concluded the day by assuming doing some stargazer, marveling at celestial and the senses (Grounding).
