YOUR PLAYS
When you see stairs today, think of your Roles and the situations in which they arise. There is the current state of things, and an imagining of a future desired state. Like a story, your Role sits in an arc of development. Thus, the Play of your Role is dynamic.
Write a short phrase, draw a picture or indicate in some way on your Role Cards what the Play is for each Role. Each Card now has a future state displayed on it.
